1964 Ford Fairlane Pro Street BB 427 FE 6 Speed Caged Hotrod

This project i finished to the point it's at 3 years ago. Currently has 2,080 street miles on the car and has never been raced. Everything on this car was purchased brand new to create this build.

Car has a 2x3 tubed frame with 12 point roll cage out of mild steel, made by chris alston chassis works fully tig welded. 4 Link with 9" ford rear end with 4.86 billet gears with nodular steel case machined for light weight and cooling pump. 31 spline moser axles with big bearing moser billet ends.

QA1 double adjustable rear coil overs, and single adjustable front coil overs. Mustang II style front end spliced into original front frame assembly.

427 FE side oiler stroked to 482 ci with scat crank and rods with JE pistons 13.5-1 compression with edelbrock aluminum heads and intake with quick fuel 950 cfm carburetor. Custom fabbed Moroso valve covers. Solid lifters. No expense spared during engine build. Engine was built by Ed Ash Racing in Oregon. MSD 6AL ignition box hidden underneath dash. Engine dynoed 750HP 650 ft. tq. @ 6,000 RPM. I run the car on 110 octane leaded fuel. Stock car products external oil pump. Oil pan had to be cut and modified to get engine to clear crossmember. Ron Davis Racing radiator with overflow can built onto radiator with twin fans. Car can run during a 110 degree day in traffic and will never overheat.

Aeromotive fuel system. Mcleod twin disc RXT clutch with hydraulic throw out bearing. Quik Time SFI bellhousing. T-56 Magnum 6 speed transmission (750 ft lb rated) Steel driveshaft.

Full exhaust system ceramic coated. SpinTech mufflers, this car sounds like a race car on the street. If you want all the attention this car will make it happen.

Full HOWE clutch master cylinder and brake master cylinders. Wilwood drilled and slotted brakes with 4 piston calipers front and back. Parking brake system never hooked up. Stainless steel brake lines and fuel lines on entire car.

Brand new painless wiring throughout the entire car. LED interior lighting in car and trunk. Brand new auto meter guages LED lit with roll control located on shifter.

Entire inside of car, bottom, and engine bay were sand blasted prior to paint. Bottom, engine compartment, and roll cage is completely painted.

Original headliner was salvaged during this build, still in pretty good shape!

Steering column is a ididit tilt, teliscope unit with a billet specialties steering wheel leather wrapped black with billet specialties shift lever to match.

Wheels are Team III ET Dragmaster 15"x14" rear and 15"x6" front. Cast centers with brushed lips. Hoosier radials on all four.

Rick's stainless steel fuel tank custom made for this car with a 32 gallon capacity. Tank is not visible from back of car and is entirely hidden. Camaro gas cap and aeromotive HP fuel pump, and truck mounted filter.

Body modifications include rear wheel wells raised 2" and stretched 3" to put rear of tire in stock location. Technically the car is altered 2" forward. This gives the car the right look that doesn't make it look like the tires are in the trunk. All metal finish work with primer applied to prevent rust. All steel bubble fabricated onto stock hood.

Kirkey seats for big people! This car was built around me and the seats are currently fixed, I am 6'4" and this car is extremely comfortable. If you are shorter than 5'10" i don't think you'll be able to drive the car without re-mounting the seats.

Transmission tunnel is removable for service.

I'm sure i missed stuff but thats a start!

      Asking $50,000
