      Custom radiator hose suggestions......

I am nearing completion on my build now. And I have realized that the stock rubber hose will not work on my car now. With the installation of the March Perf serpentine kit the tensioner rod for the alternator is affecting the route the hose must make now. I have cut up a stock hose and bent it to shape, then taped it back together as a template. I took that to the parts store where they let me walk their aisles trying to match it up. All with no luck. So now I am stuck with no upper hose.

Any suggestions? I know I can do a Kool Flex style hose. I have never had good luck with them, they seemed to leak on me. Even had one friends that blew off on him. I thought about making one out of ss, but wonder how to put a bead around the ends to keep the hose on.

I had been hoping for a nice clean black hose, but that is starting to seem unlikely.

      Any suggestions?

Do you have a bead roller, or know anyone who has one?

Thank you. Those pieces may be exactly what I was looking for!

Here is a picture of whats needed. Maybe not the best picture, but it shows where the bend needs to be that I can't match up.

Check out Gates 21972. It's for a 93 Isuzu Rodeo. You only need about half of it but it may fit. I spent over an hour looking at hoses before I came up with these.
