      Hubcentric spacers

Hi, question for you guys. I got my custom wheels and as I was mocking up, I realized they wernt hubcentric to my hubs. The front i have the c-5 and the rear is the gm 12 bolt with kore 3, c-5. Should i get the hubcentric adapters? What do you generally do. The lug nuts seem really good. Thanks

Hubcentric is nice but not critical. So long as the wheel and hub are the same bolt pattern the lugs will center the wheels.

      Hubcentric spacers

      What he said ^^

Also, depending on your pad thickness beyond the lug nut taper, you could use a shank lug nut. They have about 1/4" long shank which can assist with centering.

I will disagree it all depend on the wheel and lugnut combination being designed for lugcentric.

Example my Trans Am snowflake 15x8 are hubcenteric(not the repop 17" ones). The factory lug nut is only .710-.720 OD lugnut hole in wheels 0.750. Use an aftermarket lugnut(because you jumped to 1/2 studs) most are only .680. If there is no correct length or correct diameter pilot to locate the wheel to be hubcentric there is a lot of room for the wheel to be offset. Found this out when I had Moser axles that have a short pilot that barely sticks out of the rear rotor to use some extra tires/wheels to roll the car around the shop with .680 lugnuts.

Dutchman can make a linger brake pilot to help with hubcentric issues-Moser will not.

You can find all different OD/ID rings out there. Most GM hubs are 2.78"

Companies also make hub centric adapter rings that will center the wheel on the hub as you tighten down with the lug nuts.
