      Steele Rubber Products

Anyone have any hands-on experience dealing with this outfit ? There are several companies producing aftermarket weather stripping kits. It's impossible to determine quality without being able to HOLD the product. And as we all know, NOS is both extremely costly and rare.

Steel is by far the best quality rubber out there. I had a OER window gasket for a 66 Nova the other day, fit was horrible and ordered a Steel, fit like a glove. I'm about to order their kit and extras for my 67 next week. Outstanding folks. Not the cheapest, but it is the best. I used Soft Seal on the 67 years back and now have to change it out, it got hard and started to crack and fall apart.
