      Blessed to be alive today

I'm traveling for work this week and was 30 feet from the attacker that killed those people today in London. I had my head down when he hit the people on the sidewalk. My boss and I were continued towards the vehicle to check on the injured. To see this guy get out of the car with 2 of the biggest knives I have ever seen and start walking in my direction was surreal. I was literally 10yds from the guy! If he had a gun instead of knives I probably would not be here. It is so unfortunate that those people were taken from their friends and families. I can remember the officer asking us what happened before he ran around the corner to help. Little did I know the next scream we heard from the crowd was probably when he was stabbed. 30 seconds later a flurry of gunshots.... To think, we were just going to London on the tail end of our business trip to see some sights and meet up with a colleague. I could have never imagined a day like this when we boarded the train for London... Glad to be back in my hotel room to prep for the flight home. Praying for the families of the victims...

Found this photo from a news report. The red mark is where I was when the guy exited the car.....

      Big dreams, small pockets....

He was pretty big guy, maybe 6'1" 200lbs... Football player size.. I don't want to speculate on his nationality... I could pick him out if I saw him again

I think he made it into the grounds and it was at the gate I ran past getting away. So the gunshots were when he got into the grounds. It gate was more like stadium barricade fencing at a stadium. There was driveway there where cars were exiting.
