2016 escalade front seats in A Body?

Anyone think they would be to tall in my 71 chevelle. Do I have to use a different bracket to make them work or make my own so that they can sit lower in the car I don't want to remove the headrests in them cuz they're kind of intergrated on the back section. Thanks

      YES!

In the immortal words of Bob Johnson to Bill Howell.

Look closely at the base. Lots of times it's the same seats as the sedans but have a "platform" they are mounted to. I bet they fit.

This ^^^^^. Also check the width to make sure they are not too wide. By the way my Tahoe seats are a few inches off the floor for instance.

Check to see that they tilt/slide forward enough for back seat access. Two doors cars with a back seat usually make good donor seats. I just put Lexus SC 300 seats in my 65 Chevelle.

Other than the fact that you can sit on them there is nothing about Escalade seats that would make them a good seat in that car. They have no features that one would want or need, unless you're driving a four door.
      Other good options though https://www.pro-touring.com/search.p...rchid=10859012

Yeah I would think it's like almost any other caddy seat I've had 93 sts, 96 etc ,98 sts,07srx ...comfy but not much for lateral support such as those from sport or sporty cars . BMW has some nice stuff if you can't find any gto seats . Also don't forget to look at camaro ....4th gen if 5th gen are too pricey

Any seat you use from a modern car will require massaging and some fabrication to make them fit. I can be done, but its not plug and play.
      Big dreams, small pockets....

05 Camaro seats will be tall in front and won't fit in back without removing a few inches of lower backrest foam and reforming the lower part of seat. Not as hard as it sounds tho. Prob better recovering existing rear to match front.

Ps. It seems like half the GTOs produced are wrecked. I had no problem finding seats, even talked him down to $300 for the pair. Now I have a set of black leather Trans am seats from late 80s or early 90s for sale which fit great.

The other thing about the GTO seats are that they are narrow enough that I was able to center them behind the steering wheel of my 65 Skylark and still able to close the drivers door without issue. I also have a nice console between the seats with two spots for drinks. The later A-bodies such as yours may be a little wider in that regard.
