Will FiTech EFI work with Comp Cams XR286R Camshaft

I have a Comp Cams XR286R Cam in my 383. Cam is pretty aggressive with 110 degrees of lobe separation and 286/292 duration. Cam only produces 6-8 Hg of vacuum at idle.

I would like to install a FiTech EFI system but I am concerned that it would run well with the low vacuum conditions at idle with this Cam.
The FiTech web site says that you can set the parameters to handle the low vacuum by setting it on the " CAM #4" setting which is supposed to would at 6-8 Hg of vacuum.

Has anyone installed one of these systems on an engine with similar Cam characteristics and if so how does it run?

      Thanks
      Ken
