      1963 IH Scout 80 800 Trophy Truck (570hp LS3, Kings, etc.)

Project started life as a California owned 1963 IH (International Harvester) Scout 80 (similar to the later 800 but lower production numbers/functioning 'safari' fold down windshield and a nice touch above a standard sand-rail defender etc.). It went through professional trophy truck inspired or pro-touring restomod style prerunner build complete with full custom tig fabricated and chromoly race suspension, 8 point internal, blueprinted and built aluminum ported LS3 V8 engine (dyno'd at 560+hp, contact for video) with GM400 transmission, race fans, full billet King 2.5 coilovers/bump stop systems (currently tuned around 18" but capable of 20"+ front/30"+ rear race travel), retrofit modern Z06 dash, and even a hand-laid carbon fiber hood/bezel. Truck can seamlessly shift between 4 and RWD, has current California registration/tags/plates (renewal was just paid as of 10/17), less than 2500 miles on the build (which has ended up acquiring 99% of its mileage highway cruising i.e. all heim joints look as new) and is an incredibly capable machine that has never been race and was built for unparalleled weekend fun on the dunes or really anywhere.
Additionally, the Scout currently has a very streetable set-up with a custom Borla exhaust semi-mild at low RPMS (but still a monster above 4k), is extremely comfortable for large riders, and has a total height set around 6'4" as not to worry about any common height, garage, etc. limitations. Truck also features full LEDS, a brand new Polk flagship outdoor HD bluetooth audio (phone, pandora, mp3 streaming, etc.) and both concealed underseat plus overhead 8-way surround tweeters and speakers.
Car is currently kept and maintained in a temperature monitor garaged in west Los Angeles and can be shown upon appointment. Total replacement cost would run well north of $100k and while may look at any interesting trade or trade offers, more only selling as need an additional daily driver and work travel no longer allows any time to enjoy it.
