      Sound Block\insulation behind back seat.

I had a new back seat made to match my ProCar Rally front in my 1972 Nova. I have a sound deadening material like dynomat behind the back seat but I still have that hollow sound and road noise coming through. What do or have you used? Thanks.

I used a mass loaded vinyl piece from a 1994 Crown Vic at the upullnpay. A entire wheel barrel full was $10.

Cardboard to close out the gaps in the metal structure, and a layer of carpet insulation (3/8" I think) from Lowes. I doubled it up where I could, to the point it was tough in reinstall the seat back. The cardboard is mostly there to keep the insulation from falling into the trunk. I also put the insulation (along with Dynomat) on the floor under the seat bottom.
