      Eastwood plasma/tig combo ??

Thinking about upgrading the garage with a plasma cutter and tig welder. Anyone have any experience with these two?? Has decent reviews recently. Will be used for mainly restoration work on my 'Bird. Seems like a nice kit.

I have the plasma cutter and it works well. I got it in a package deal with the Mig welder.

If you are looking at eastwood you would be just as well off going to harbor freight. I have a friend who bought a cheap plasma cutter with a lifetime warranty to go with it and he is on his fourth one. I bought a miller a seven years ago and have had zero problems. I also have a miller mig. Both use either 110 or 220 which is nice when you need to travel. I would consider a Hobart plasma and for a mig Lincoln or Hobart as they are cheaper than miller and still nice units.
