93 5.0 motor in 67 mustang

I'm looking to put a 86-93 5.0 motor and t5 trans in my 1967 mustang. The car has a 289 right now and a three speed. Can anyone tell me what would be envolved in this conversion. And how long it would take.

i have swapped a efi 5.0 into a 69 bronco. it is not too hard. i actually used a factory harness. i got the wiring diagrams at the local library and went to work.
