      REO Speedwarrior

Gotta say. I'm looking forward to this. I so want something small and nimble, but I love my tank to much and only have space for 1.

Ron is great to work with. His advice did wonders for my truck.

It is really cool. Different to build a REO Speedwagon truck.

Very different to make it as an RSRT designed Street Warrior chassis. I can't wait to see it come along.

Did you order the Colemans with a unique KPI? What di you need to run the Wide 5?

Ron Sutton Race Technology ordered all the suspension components.
I should ask before posting geometry specifics, not sure what is proprietary.
It is set to minimize scrub radius with the (greater) hub thickness, and maximum wheel offset available.

The wide 5 decision was partly because I liked the look, and partly to save $$.
Yes, it necessitated changing/custom building a few details: control arms, spindles, hubs, brakes, coil-over mounting...
      And having wheels special made.

It made many things much more difficult, in hindsight, I would have went with Ron's "normal" Track Star Hubs, 18" wheels, etc.

Reason I asked is that Ron's been espousing shallow KPI to reduce negative camber loss in a turn, and I thought most Coleman spindles were like 8 degree KPI. I agree though- while Ron is providing you the design, I view his work as kind of like a software license, where he owns the design, and is licensing it to you in your application. His customers shouldn't be broadcasting specific details unless they get a thumbs up from Ron

Right now Robert is waiting on me to send him some new Track-Star GT spindles & hubs. He decided to forego the Wide 5 hubs and 16" wheels & jump up to 18" wheels. So we can run the better spindle & hub, bigger back, lower scrub radius, etc.
