C4 trans does not shift after blower install

Hi All! I have just made my first blower install, it is a Weiand 174 with double pumper carb. So I have connected the vacum line from the trans to the port on the bottom of the carb, the thick one. My trans shifts only in to second gear and it does it in a very strange way with some "hesitation" or so. It does not want to shift in to third gear. What is wrong with my install? Before everything was perfect. I am located in Europe and got nobody to ask about that here locally, in my country this definitly one of the first blower installs. Please help!
