      68 camaro/firebird center dash panel

      I'm looking for a center dash panel that's not stock and will correct the problem of the radio facing downward. What companies if any make a product like this? Thanks!

      Check out this thread. Go to page #3 and look at the pic in post #54. I purchased one of these a while back. I haven't been able to install it yet but test fits look like it will do the trick.

      I reversed the radio and AC control positions. I had seen someone do this before and I really like it. I converted to a VA gen IV and used the 3 knob controller. I installed one of the DSE heater control plates and cut it out for the DIN radio. For the 3 knob AC controls I used some thin sheetmetal and mounted it.

      I bought one of these- http://www.detroitspeed.com/1967-196...ler-mount.html from DSE. I got the blank one and just used a dremel to cut the DIN opening out. I will try and find the picture of the AC control mount I made. Hope this helps.
