Tried to contact Lee Manufacturing and received no response (steering box inserts)

I have lee inserts in my Jeep Steering box and since I'm not looking to revamp it all including the hydroboost and thus going all metric. I'm wondering if anyone has had any success with removing the seals

Has anyone attempted at removing and is it possible? Or do I just have to find flared metric ends that don't have the 0-ring?

      Thanks

I can't help with your problem, but I called Lee yesterday afternoon and spoke to someone for about 15 minutes who answered my questions about one of their pumps... I suggest trying a phone call again on Monday.

My box is different... but has 14mm and 16mm metric o-ring connections. Not sure if yours is the same, but just a thought.

I bought adapters that convert them to -6 JIC/AN.

Oh those look interesting, ya mine are 16/18 but ya. I was trying to figure out what to use and was just going with a 6AN 16mm x 1.5 flared which might be similar to those

These are cited as being "-6 x 16-1.5mm Inverted Flare AN fitting, Metric"

      And the ones you posted:

      They appear similar.

Thanks gives me something else to look at! Also learned today about JIC. I don't care to have anodized blue red fittings, so if I can find these in just steal, zinc coated that's ideal, cost less and more than meets my need. But was running into issues finding them "JIC Mettric etc".. Anyways, I like the idea of being able to bypass the anodized options.
