      70 nova. Project war machine.

Hello, so I've never posted my own build thread before but I figured why not. I have a lot of pictures of the build and no one to share them with really so I guess I'll post them up and see what type of feedback I will receive. Anyways here we go. So to start with I am working on my 1970 Nova. I picked it up from New Mexico back in April and just slowly been jumping from one thing to another with it.

The right side is welded and the rest of it bolts in.

Sorry I was just looking back and noticed I didn't actually answer your question, yes it is a DSE cluster.

I used 125 sq ft. It cost 180 on eBay, and the shipping weight was 39lbs. I'd say maybe 37lbs added after you get rid of the paper backing and the roll it comes on.

7" ROUND H6024 PROJECTOR JDM HEADLIGHTS 6000K WHITE HI/LOW HID CONVERSION KIT

These are the ones I picked up off eBay. They wheels are XXR and I picked them up from a member about 6-8 months ago. My rear suspension I built myself and I built it to be like the ridetech 4-link but everything is welded in vs bolted in. I think it cost me right at 600 for all the parts needed. I picked up the axle mounts and coil-over mounts from ridetech and used 1.5 tubing for the lower bars and 1.25 for the uppers.

So thanks to Cwylie I have some new brakes on the car. So here are some before and after. The before were to get me by until the big brake upgrade. Thanks again for the brakes.

Thanks so much. Things have been pretty slow going on the car moving forward because of Christmas. I'm just now starting to check off big ticket items again. I don't know when it will be finished but I at least hope to have it driving by the summer then just need to add finishing touches to it.

Thanks it's been a lot of work, your camaro is coming together pretty nicely also. Nice meeting you also. Let me know if you end up selling that master cylinder.
