      New chap from England

Hi all, great forum. Nige from England, new to the forum. Here's my recent & reluctantly sold 68 Firebird, 540hp 462 Pontiac, Tremec five speed, Global West suspension, frame connectors QA1 shocks...forced sale but I'm already saving for my next, hopefully a 70/73 Formula 400 stick shift...I also have a 65 Impala wagon, front disc conversion and 17" American Racing mags

Is there a muscle car craze over there like on this side of the pond?

Sure is, gas is expensive here, but that doesn't deter us!

Welcome Nige, nice Firebird, good luck in the hunt for the 70-73. Where in England are you from? I used to live in Matching Tye, near Harlow Essex, restored my 68 Firebird there and shipped it to Arizona with me when I moved here.

      Chris.

Hi Chris, I'm in the frozen north (Yorkshire). Was yours the grey one featured in Street Machine magazine?

Yes that's the one, around 2002ish I think. It's changed a bit since then, I've just ordered a ridetech single adjustable front and rear system for it. It sure keeps me poor!

Thanks Nige, your '68 above looks awesome, super clean and nice spec! Be sure to post up a build thread once you find that 70-73 'Bird.
