1970 Camaro - Painted Roller Project

Price: Price will be updated when fab work is complete - Located in Bakersfield, Ca.

Description: I have a 1970 Camaro I picked up with a customer to build a basic street car and he has since changed his mind. It has a nice light blue paint job with silver stripes. It is a complete roller, not engine or transmission. It appears to have a been a rust free car when painted in Victorville, Ca that was built in Los Angeles. The owner was restoring the car for himself and found a super low mileage 1969 Camaro that was dream car he had wanted and unloaded the car to pick the available camaro. I have receipts for a 9800 dollar paint job and 7100 dollars and Classic Industries. I have tons and tons of extra interior parts for the car. The paint job looks really straight and only has 2 small chips on the edge of the door and hood and that could be spotted easily. The front sheetmetal needs to be a bit wider at the door to give a perfect hood gap. to the front. The split bumper should have the RS lights on the front and not the standard front end with the split bumper. But this car would make a really nice car to go beat on an enjoy for the entry level cost.

Other arrangements can be made to install suspension or take the car to completion if needed.

I can email more pictures to interested parties. [email protected]

Update - The Camaro came out of storage yesterday to get mini tubbed and have Speedtech's new subframe installed with their torque arm rear suspension. We will be also installing ridetech shocks and installing a Wilwood brake system front and rear. I have a Rick's tank that will also get installed in the car.

Not sure where the price will end up for a roller with the Speedtech parts. If you have further interest at this point email me. [email protected]

Here is some info on the new Subframe from Speedtech.

Most certainly a nice car. I'm kicking myself as this came for sale not too long after I bought my '70! Rodger, how much do you charge to install the tubs? I need this done on my car too.
