Difference between the AMD tubs and the Detroit Speed tubs.

I have a 69 Camaro we are redoing, I bought the DSE Minitubs and am going with the Ride tech 4 link rear. But I was told on "The Book of Faces" that the Auto Metal Direct tubs are the same but signifacantly less expensive. Can anyone verify the differences?

Difference between the AMD tubs and the Detroit Speed tubs.

I installed the mini tubs below I bought from Camaro Central. I believe they are AMD. They did require some minor massaging, but over all the fit was very good. The easily clear a 335 rear tire with a 14.25" section width in my 69 with unrolled quarter lips.

Easily? I have one of the first sets of DSE deep tubs. I'm running 335 on 18 x 12 wheels. It fits, but rubs the hump inside the outer wheelhouse in one lean direction, and the inner side of the Deep tub in the other direction. Maybe my leaf spring suspension has more articulation than link setups. I'm going to do a little surgery to the hump section of the outer wheel houses, to follow the shape of the quarter, when I do the new quarter panels.
