What is this 69 Camaro LS1 worth?

I am currently in the market for my first camaro. I got an email from a buddy who was selling one but I want to know what it is worth. Any help would be appreciated!

      69 camaro ss
      ls1 motor fuel injected
      Doug's long tube headers
dual core alum radiator with dual electric fans
      monster stage 2 clutch
      t56 6 speed tranny
      aftermarket seats (original included)
      carbon fiber gauges
Front suspension is Viking 4 way adjustable coilovers
Rear Viking leads with Detroit speed shocks
Front brakes- Summit disk brake kit Rear- drum
Original paint so it needs some paint work. No rust

      Thanks again in advance!

Pics would go a LONG way. Is this a project? Is it a pile of these parts? Is it done as a "patina" car? Is it running? Has it been driven a while? Is it reliable? What kind of wheels?

The body is in good condition. It is running and no issues at all. A/C works well, engine temperature below 190 at all times. Only thing is that it needs paint. 5000 miles on the ls1 swap. I will try to post some pictures as well

I'd say an easy $20k+. Maybe even a hair more if the paint is left alone, aside from painting the rear valance, and paint that grille surround red like it should be.
