thoughts on 8.1l 76mm turbo

I have a 8.1l and 4l85e that im putting in a 56 gmc protour build im going to build I thought if I could put a turbo on and make more fun I would build it just checking on peoples take on it.

You will want a little bigger turbo than a "76". Assuming its a street ride and the usual 600-700hp a Borg Warner box stock S480 with the big 1.32 and 96mm hotside will be a good choice for around $900.
