The RainGear wiper system is a rugged, time tested and proven, lever and link windshield wiper system. It is specifically designed to completely replace the original factory wiper system.

Because RainGear systems fits entirely inside the wiper cowl where the your current linkage is in most muscle car applications (Camaro, Firebird, Chevelle, Nova) or under the dash (55-57 Chevy car, ect) you can remove the old firewall mounted motor entirely. This will free up engine compartment room for that big block motor or give more clearance for an HEI distributor. Or you can leave the old wiper motor in for authenticity.

The exterior uses the original arms, blades and trim. Both the standard and intermittent switches can use the original knob and information bezel, again retaining perfect authenticity. In fact, no one will know you have the RainGear system installed, except that when it rains others will be struggling to see out their windshield while you will clearly see the road ahead.

Hello, nothing in the works at Raingear that I know of. We are a DSE dealer as well so we are waiting on those as well!

Response on these systems has been amazing. I was actually surprised at how many out there didn't know about these systems!

The kits include the small block-off plate for your stock wiper motor mounting hole if you are not ready / going to fully smooth your firewall, this is STILL a great upgrade compared to the stock, ugly, expensive motor that will NEVER look "good" or even descent, no matter what you do to it

Order up a RainGear kit and never look at that stupid thing again!
