anyone black out their interior (chrome delete)

      Hey guys,

I'm getting close to getting to the interior portion of my [66 chevelle] restoration. First off, I'm not a huge fan of chrome. I got some black lokar door handles http://www.hotrodhardware.com/cartim...sh_962_202.jpg to get the project rolling, i'm just not sure about how far i want to go with removing the chrome from the interior. I'll keep the gauge rings brushed aluminum, but was thinking about most everything else blacked out (dash and door cards).

does anyone know of any examples with a similar look?

I've pretty much blacked out everything I could think of. Here's a few pics of my glove box I powder coated black, and my door handles also black. I removed everything on the exterior & had it powder coated black.

I purchased the panels from roddoors then covered them myself.
