Who sells a red glowing aftermarket gauge?

      Gauges

Most of the manufacturers include sleeves aka socks (mini condoms) to change the color to red or green usually. I don't think they work on LED lit gauges but the standard autometers have incandescent bulbs.
I have Stewart Warner gauges in my personal car and put the included red sleeves over them. The only problem is that red can be a little washed out on the background so it's a little hard to read at night but you get used to it.

Get a bottle of candy red nail polish. You can paint the bulbs with the nail polish to give them any tint of red you want. Try painting different percentages of the bulb to adjust the color. 25%, 50%, 75%. The nail polish comes off easily with remover if needed.
