      Gas Huffer Hot Rod's next LSX Engine Package?

      Hello everyone this is Gas Huffer Hot Rods we just introduced ourselves, here @ pro-touring:

      The Purpose of this thread is to gather some real pro touring world feedback on Turn-key LSX engine selections that would fit your needs the most!


      Help us create our next LSX engine package.




      Lots of Engine shops out there will build a la carte or whatever the customer wants. In our opinion, this concept results in delayed build times, varied degrees of part, assembly and price control. We have taken a different route and used a set of build and part standards to achieve the most consistant and reliable engine setups.


      Currently, we have the following packages: All Packages come complete and dyno tuned with harness and computer. We use all the same Top Shelf Components in every build.

      I always thought it would be nice if someone would come out with an ls3 similar to ford 9.5:1 compression aluminator motor.
      A forged ls3 complete with optional forged crank and different intake manifold options, 9.5:1 compression and around the same price as ford's aluminator.

      If someone was interested we can offer different intake options on all of our packages: anything from factory, fast, carb style, sheet metal or cross ram carbon fiber style. We can do a forged factory 346 - 376 CID. We have the 383 on the site. We can offer different compression ratio's as well!
