      LS6 intake on 383 stroker

I'm guessing not, but does anyone know if an LS6 intake and injectors will fit onto a chevy 383 stroker motor. Is there modifications to the block to make one fit?

Is it an ls1 383 or sbc 383?

      LS6 intake on 383 stroker

Intake manifolds bolt to the heads, not blocks. There's no possible way of fitting a gen 3/4 intake to a gen 1 or 2 small block.
LS6 intakes only bolt to ls1/2/6 heads.

Yeah I just meant onto a gen 1 or 2 small block engine. So is there any way to put ls1/6 heads onto the sbc? Basically the top end of an ls6 onto the bottom of the small block? I haven't heard anything about it and don't know enough about the ls series engines and their components.

No...never in a million years would it work.
My question is why would you want to do that in the first place

Other than the bolt and port pattern differences, you'll have to drill a hole for the distributor......

I believe dart makes a block that takes gen 3 and up heads and intakes. I am sure it is pricey though.

The intake/exhaust patterns are different too. SBC cam wouldn't work with LS heads/intake. You'd have to do a custom grind. Head bolt pattern is different, intake bolt pattern is different, header pattern is different...

I think it would be much easier/time efficient to swap an LS in place of your 383.

Yeah I figured it wouldn't work. I am completely happy with my current setup, just was curious.
