All the body panels are removed, still need to do some detail sanding in the door jams. I also drilled the holes for the power windows in the doors as well as the jams
      Thanks

You can always tell when someone has done this before. The hours spent on the obscure parts make a huge difference a few years down the road when paint wants to fly off just because.

Wayne, I put a wire loom guide off of a 4th gen Camaro on my Camaro. I will link a picture on my build site to show you. I would do it here...but I am relearning how to post pics from Imgur, I don't want to accidently post a huge pic on this great thread.

This car is coming out so nice. Love it.

Most everything is sanded inside and out to 600 grit. Just the bottom of the hood left to do :-)
      Thanks

      Wayne,
I’m not sure you accomplish much going higher than 600 grit especially with a solid color.

Paint booth is cleaned and ready for painting to start. I just need outside temps to be upper 40s to keep the shop temps above 65.
      Thanks

That looks so clean and nice in there. A question about the plastic on the floors. Does it get very sticky as paint gets on them? I have done some painting in my garage and placed plastic down and it gets to the point where every step your feet stick to the plastic.

I plan on laying paper around the areas that I will be walking. I used the white plastic to brighten up the shop because it’s very difficult to see when paining black with my old eyes ;-)
      Thanks

I understand about the weather. I deal with the same problems. I quit painting when it gets cold because of that. I'm really blind and I need all the help I can find.

Don't feel alone on the old eyes thing . The biggest improvement I've made in my welding skills last year was a slip in set of magnifying lenses & more close on demand lighting. Big improvement until this damn damn florida weather makes them fog up between the 2 lenses. Flat white surfaces give the best light improvement.
