      These use the stock speaker grille that comes with the speaker, similar look to my kick panels

      have you thought about covering those with grill cloth? i think it could look more factory finished.

      You mean the pod itself or the speaker grille...the factory used sierra grained vinyl on the stock door panels. You can get that in aftermarket from places like www.yourautotrim.com. Ideally the "best" look would be to cover the pods in sierra vinyl to match the door panels and cover the grille in grille cloth to match the color. If you have aftermarket repop door panels even better because the vinyl would look more a match to the door panel

      no how to, but you just make a wooden frame and stretch material around it and fiberglass, sand and smooth. I pulled molds off these so mine are 100% fiberglass
