      1962 Buick Invicta Convertibel Restomod LS Swap

      Up for sale is a 1962 Buick Invicta Convertible. This car is a great driver. Gets 23 mpg at 80mph. It's not a show car but gets a lot of attention everywhere it goes. Great Patina.

      Drivetrain:

      2001 5.3L Vortec fuel injected engine. 4L60E automatic overdrive transmission. Stock rearend. New exhaust with quiet mufflers. New Aluminum radiator with electric fan.




      Chassis:

      Power disc brake conversion on front, stock drums in rear. Drop coils and new shock all around. 18" & 20" Coys wheels.

      Interior/Top:

      New custom carpet & insulation. New top. Original seats/door panels. Speedo converted to electronic operation.

      Body:

      Nice original car.Good Patina. Has a few bubbles in the lower quarters. Floors and trunk pan are nice. Power top.

      1st.... I love the car!!! I have a question or 3 if you don't mind. I have a 62 Electra that I am thinking about putting a turbo 5.3 setup in. What oil pan did you use? What motor mounts? Did you have to modify the trans tunnel? What disc setup did you use on the front? Any help would be greatly appreciated, not many have done ls swaps in older buicks. Btw mine is the same color just a few more doors..lol.
