Nice build. Good choice on swapping the gauges. Speedboat gauges are very nice.

Dash mock up in cardboard. I’ll make an insert out of 16 gauge to bolt to the existing dash to hold the new gauges. Gauge placement is somewhat asymmetrical, but I can see them all when seated. My first mock up had my right hand and steering wheel covering up 2 gauges.
