The cruise is from 2-6pm and the dinner is to follow. At least that's what the schedule says on ASCS.

Kim and I will be there for sure Thursday afternoon/evening.

The car situation is still up in the air. My Monte is running and perfectly driveable but with a stock trans and blown posi unit, so it isnt autox worthy. So that will be staying home. T56 swap is still waiting on parts.....that's why it hasn't started yet.

Kims 04 Cobra "should be" ready. Her brakes are all done but my dumb self broke two wheel mounting bolts last night puting the three peice wheels back together. Long story short...I had grand plans of re finishing her SSR three peice wheels but they never came apart (corrosion), and I broke two of the bolts that hold the center section on. They called for 32ft/lbs and broke at 15....CHEAP. And of course SSR doesn't sell the bolts.

So there's that problem...and with all the hectic crap that has been going on lately we both just really dont feel like trailering a car down....just sick of it all and want to relax.

      so yeah............................

Bring it anyway...any wheel vendors or other vendors coming who could bring some bolts or even ship you some overnight??? I'm going to be thrashing on my car to get it ready in time too. Driving to Loganville to go get gas tank straps - my tank is still sitting on the floor waiting on parts. You can do it!

The "Who's Going This Year" Thread

Loaded and ready to leave in the morning. Work was a joke today. All I did was sit there and think of things for the trip.

      Bill,

I will be there this year (car-less of course) so if you have anyone not looking forward to working the event I can fill in for them. Usual duties or anything else you can think of.

      See you guys Friday morning

Had a great time today. I've been tied up with Lemons Racing the last couple of years and missed a couple of events.

Great to see you guys again....Bill, Kyle, Scot & everyone else. First time meeting Mike (old yeller) in that wicked vette. I will definitely try to make it back more often.

If I don't see you guys tomorrow have fun & be safe out there

(I really néed to get me another ride.... )

Well, I didn't get to make any runs in the truck, and I only got to ride twice. Once with Stacy Tucker, and I don't remember the guy's name with the silver 69 Camaro. I spent all day Friday and the half day Sunday as a cone wrangler. Still had fun being close to the action.

Bill, Brian, Yancy and the others did a great job organizing this event and keeping things rolling smoothly(as always).

I got a couple short videos, and my wife may have got a couple pics. I'll try to get them downloaded and post them later.

Hi Sparky - I thought someone would post some by now! I only have a few GoPro videos but need to watch and weed out the dead space before I post them. It'll probably take me a couple days to get that done. It's too bad you didn't make it - you missed out big time. This year's RTTH has to be the best one I've ever been to! Course getting to drive Bad Penny might have a little something to do with that!!!
