Looking for workshop space to rent in Brooklyn or near by. Not NJ.

Nothing against NJ but for where I am I get penalized twice, leaving and coming back I have to pay a toll.

If someone has some workspace, if possible with a lift, they can rent to me I would appreciate it.

I am looking for a project and have come across a few solid cars that if I had the tools I would be able to do the work myself.

I may be commuting to upstate NY at some point as well so that is an option if someone has something to offer.
