My 62 Acadian Build (or rebuild)

We acquired this car about 8 years ago. It had been bagged and was a solid color...
When I got it there was some rust showing below the rear deck lid and some in the quarters. The windshield pillar posts had big spot welds exposed as well. I took the car to Rick Dennis in Kokomo, IN and he repaired the bad areas and shot the roof "GM Performance White"

The 327 I got the car with was toast shortly after (The valves had been improperly adjusted, by the time we caught it, it was too late). I replaced it with a .30 over 350 mild built early Camaro motor. And replaced the Turbo 350 with a 700r4.

This year I was actually able to do the thiongs I wanted to do from the start. Removing the bag system and setting it just as low in a static drop set up. A big thanks to Greg Risk (www.gregriskracecraft.com) for this transformation.

And this is where it sets now...(comes back from interior this week)

      Hope you enjoy
      Thanks
      Cory
