iRacing.com steering wheels. What do you recomend?
"If" I can set aside some time for this I will play iRacing.com game.

I have a Logitech G27 and love it. It's not the fanciest piece out there, I mean you can go nuts and spend thousands if you really want. But it is well built and compatible with pretty much every game so it works.

G27. I like it, good feed back and leather wheel. I'm about to build a PVC simulator seat. Should be fun.

PVC is sturdy enough? I thought about PVC but then I envisioned my fat butt landing on the floor............ and I kinda figured it would be more fun to play with the welder

Larry, I have a logitech Momo steering wheel ill sell you on the cheap if you're interested. Ive contemplated using the steering wheel from it on my car, if only it was larger in diameter... lol.

PVC should be fine as long as you use Schedule 40 pipe. Don't use 200 psi pipe - it's thin walled.

Been using Logitech Momo stuff for years. First a "Red Momo", then a G27. Best bang for the buck.
Some people enjoy more realistic shifters, pedal assemblies and cockpits for a lot of money, but I don't think they make you any quicker - they just make the experience more enjoyable and realistic feeling.

Thread is a couple months old but I would go with Fanatec wheel and pedals. They feel less toyish than the logitech stuff. The Porsche branded wheels are about the same quality as the G27 and the Clubsport pedals are awesome. The brake on the clubsport pedals is pressure sensitive and is much more like a real brake. going to try to post my set up...

I use the TSW (Thomas Superwheel) with a load cell brake pedal. No force feedback, but built like a FREAKIN TANK!
