2012 MMC Hotels
Unfortunately, the local hotels won't let us reserve a block of rooms since it's a holiday weekend and there is another event going on in the area that weekend. I advise that if you are planning to attend this years event to go ahead and book your room. I have listed the names, addresses and phone numbers for 3 of the hotels.

I just booked a room at the Holiday Inn Express so they still have some available. You can cancel up to 6 pm the day of check in so better book now and be safe as they will sell out.
