On Sunday I stopped by to check on it and snap a few more pictures.

While in the front office I noticed this pretty cool view of the shop and had to share it with everyone.

During the week when JCG is working on the tranny and clutch swap I will be working at home on pre-wiring as much of this stuff as I can.

You can find the size here but you will need to talk to Frank at Prodigy Customs for the offset. I don't remember what it is with the width rear end we installed.

Today we did some mocking up at JCG is Oxnard.

We set the Holley Stealth Ram intake on and started playing with the Spectre intake tubing and elbows.

You're going to use the Dominator ECU right? I might have to swing by when you get that all going, I've been wanting to see one of those in action.

Any idea where you plan to mount the LS7 coils? I always admired the twin throttle body setup you had - too bad it hasn't worked out. Do they make any longer transitions going from round to oval into the throttle body? The one you've got on there seems rather abrupt.

Wow! all 95 pages! I'm glad to hear it kept your attention.

I am running the Holley Dominator ECU and the 5.7" touch screen.

I was going to put the ignition coils on the valve covers but Cris at JCG had a much better idea. We will mount them down below on the Art Morrison sub frame. He has some billet brackets made up and he will make some stainless steel sheet metal guards.

Larry, not sure if I missed it further back in the thread, but are you swapping out your old intake setup for tuneability reasons?
Definitely like the looks of your itb cross ram setup with the dual plenums you made. I,m starting a project of making an LS1 intake with a similar look to yours, except not itb's. Plenums will 2 into 1 back into single throttle body. Not too many people have any hard knowledge on building this type of intake.http://www.pro-touring.com/showthrea...oss-ram-intake

    That's a long read. LOL!

I am making a billet oval to round transition for the intake tubing now. I will post some renderings up soon and a video when I start cutting it.

The intake swap was due to my Frankenstein of a system. Port mismatch sizes, plenums possibly too small. I don't think there is an inherent problem with IR. It's just difficult. One issue I find for a street driven car is the tip in. Just a tiny amount of throttle open 8 throttle blades and a HUGE amount of air rushes in.

What do you think the advantages of the dominator ecu are compared to say, BS3 or similar?

I haven't read all the pages...sorry...I will though, I promise! What turbos are going to run? This car is amazing!

I'm not sure what the advantages are. I know the Dominator is a great ECU and I don't have the specs on all the others. I compared it to what I was running and it was far far superior. The turbos we installed in 2008 are the Turbonetics 60-1 Hi Hi
