    One of those showed up at the local cruise nite a few years ago. It was one of those handi-capped scooters and the guy had a little jet like those on it. The guy was even a legitamite handi-capper with only one leg. Me being the "sensitive" guy that I am, asked if he tried to stop it by putting his foot down. It was hilariouse...the crowed fell silent, and he was laughing like a mad man.
