- Southern Slam is the new name, the event is the same game. This very special event will take place in Kershaw, SC at Carolina Motorsports Park. We incourage camping on site, under the stars, and enjoying the low country boil Saturday after the racing. Also, this is the same track made popular by some of our own "Rednecks" on a TV show and we encourage you to come out and see if you are faster than those guys.
