There is an article in March 07 Camaro Performers showing the installation of these tail lights. The price they show they mention in the article though is for one side, not the pair.

I have never seen these ones before. Do they just plug right into the factory bulb socket? no wiring to do?

They are great. Just plug in (no wiring to do) and you have a set of really bright taillights!

First of all; I realize these are not the best pictures, sorry for that.

The first 2 are taken with flash, 1st normal, second w/brakelights. These pics don't do justice to the lights!
The third was taken w/o flash and brakelights applied. This picture does justice to the brightness of the (brake) lights.

FYI: I had to stand outside my garage to take these pics and the wind was quite strong so I just couldn't get a 'decent' steady shot, specially when the flash was off (and hence the shutter was open for a relatively long time). Still I hope this will give you a nice impression of the lights. Take my word for it, specially the brakelights are extremely bright! My GF and some of my friends who saw this, already asked me if I wasn't afraid the police was gonna stop me for blinding people behind me!! As you can imagine, I'm more interested in that I will be noticed as soon as I hit the brakes.
