Default RTR-X Vaughn Gittin Jr. new drift car

Drifting champ Vaughn Gittin Jr. is building a new car for the 2011 season and here are the renderings. Art Morrison Ent designed the custom front clip for this project and we are excited to be part of the team. It was a challenge as Matt will attest - 55 degrees of steering angle and lots of camber angle. Once the car is finished it will be entered into the game Need for Speed. Here's the full press release. http://www.mustangrtr.com/newsletter/6-1-10.html When I get more pictures I will post them up.

Vaughn and the guys at Steen Chassis have been busy getting this car ready. Speedhunters link above has more pics, but here are some shots of the subframe we did for this project.

A drift car? He's gonna put a $100k 69 mustang sideways between concrete barriers? He's got some balls to do that!!

From the rendering it is going to be a mix of gloss and satin black with green accents.

My understanding is that this is Vaughns personal car not his new Formula D ride. It is one bad azz ride, great job on the subframe Morrison!!
