The suspension mods I did were I guess pretty basic, we replaced it all. Starting with specific rate springs 620 front and custom rear leafs, lowered about 1 3/4" in front and 1 in rear. Koni shocks (real hard to find) I had Addco custom make a set of sway bars 1 1/8th" and 7/8" polyurethane bushings through out from PST. That and replacing all the old parts with new and/or new improved pieces. It has 4 wheel power disc, 9" rear with 3.20gears. Stainless subframe connectors, stainless Monte Carlo bar and custom made tubular shock tower supports. Rounding out the suspension are the 17" centerlines with what were one of the top tires when I got them the Dunlop sp8000's (sticky!) I've made a majority of the things myself ( the cost of doing something different). Same goes for the rest of the car too. The interior is all custom, with a set of multi adjustable leather buckets from a Lincoln LSC, custom console with gauges, doorpanels, ect. The engine is a .030 302 with approx 9.6:1 comp. Keith Black pistons, ported /polished 351w heads w/2.02 1.60 Manley raceflows, svo cam, roller rockers, gear drive, cobra intake, e.tc. I just got my new Milodon pan and more braided line to replace existing stuff, I'm running  dual remote oil filters, and about every system has been altered in some form. Even have a power steering cooler, ha ha. The tranny is a b&m c4 (man, wish I had a o.d., or a 5/6 speed) (someday) my engine is still pretty fresh also so I haven't ran it at any track. At least officially (we had it on the road course at gateway, what a BLAST!)  We were showing at the world ford challenge last year, and I couldn't resist! Don't have any numbers on it from any tracks, and don't know if I would even guess. I do know it seems to be very deceptive , its much faster than I probably think it is. I usually run it up to about 7000 goofing around in town. There is an old guy who used to build and race Nascar  in a nearby town, who did a little work on it, after getting it back from him I had to see how it ran, so I stabbed it. The tach instantly read 8000! I about &*%$! I figured that was probably enuf...........Before I built this I was working on a similar one, but planned on a 514 stroker. Too bad I never finished it. I still have the SCJ block, its for sale if you know of any ford guys (asking 800)thanks for listening.
