Frame: Sand blasted and powder coated semi-gloss black.

Engine: The engine started life as a 502 H.O. 440 HP. That's the one with the iron heads. I sold the intake and the heads and I got a Holley SysteMax kit. The kit included aluminum heads with 2.25 intake valves. Lunati hydraulic roller cam. Commander 950 EFI. It also has Lunati roller rockers as well as a complete Holley ignition system. It was dyno tested yesterday and it made 570 HP at 5400 rpm with 580lb/ft at about 4600 rpm. I am going to pick the engine up today and I will scan the dyno sheet.

Transmission: My plan for now is to go with a Richmond 6spd. Originally I was thinking about a 4L80E, because I knew I was going to be making way more torque and power the any manual trans is rated for. But I figure the Richmond will live as long as I don't get any traction.

Rear suspension: consists of Global West lower control arms with DelAlum bushings on the axle end and a spherical joint on the frame side. Upper control arms are stock with rubber bushings. The is no sway bar. Springs are 140 lb/inch. I also have HAL Stocker Star shocks on the back.

The rear end is 12 bolt with 3.31 gears. It was modified by Strange Engineering to accept one of their C-clip eliminator kits as well as fitted with Strange street/strip axles.

Brakes: The brakes are from Baer and feature 13 inch rotors in the front and 12 inch rotors in the rear with PBR calipers all the way around. I also opted for the full cross drill/slot/zinc wash upgrade just for the looks.

Front Suspension: The front suspension is a mix of Global West and Hotchkis. The upper control arms are from Global West. The springs are Hotchkis and so is the sway bar. Lower control arms are stock with polyurethane bushings.

Tie rod sleeves are from global west. The spindles came with the Baer brakes. I also have HAL Stocker Star shocks on the front. The steering box is from AGR.

Other highlights. Every nut and bolt so far has been stainless, except for the suspension pieces. Totally Stainless is a great source for all kinds of hardware. They provided the low strength bolts for the fuel line clamps as well as the high strength ARP stainless bolt used to anchor the engine frame mounts.

The gas tank is a stock replacement unit that I took over to Rock Valley and they modified for an in-tank pump. Those tanks are very shallow, so a sump had to be built on the bottom. It is currently being powder coated to match the frame. The pump is a Holley 255lph unit. The body is being worked on by a friend in Colorado (I'm in Chicago) I'm
hoping to reunite the chassis and the body in the next few months.
