Special Thanks To

I want to thank my wife for putting up with all of the car things that I do. She’s great and likes cars too. Her car is a 95 Impala SS, that does pretty well on it’s own.

Story

I've owned the car for 16 years now. It has been through a few engines and transmissions. It was nerve racking building my first transmission last year, but I figured that I might as well give it a shot. So far, it has lasted pretty well, and I do beat on it regularly. The paint I have on my car is 14 years old. It has held up quite well, but I would still like to paint it again, this time with some blue deck stripes. The 385 is a great power plant, and it makes a lot of torque. It was great to find your website. I was really happy to see several other 2nd generation f-bodies out there that look and run great. These are some heavy cars, but they can handle with just a few good upgrades.
