Comments

My plates say "WHY TRY" so if you live in San Jose, CA say hi I am also creating a car club for local guys like myself. If you have any other questions email me.

Story

I bought the car in 1992. It was black with a baby blue bumble bee stripe. It had a 6-banger in it with a 3 on the tree. I bought it in Oakland and drove it home. It sat in the garage for the next 4 months working on it, changed to an Turbo 350 tranny redid the interior with my dad, etc... Then I graduated high school and I was told I can get some stuff done to the car and keep the extra cash or sell it and get another car. I got it painted Cobalt Blue Pearl with Silver Pearl 'ghost stripes' in June '94. I blew the 6-banger and put a zz3 motor in it, drove that until August 2000 when I blew that up. I have been working on it ever since. Now I have several sponsors on my car and I am in the final tuning stages of the 468 rat motor. I can't wait to cruise it around San Jose. SO if you see me or my car cruising by let me know. I want the car to have a pro-touring feel and appearance, but still be able to run low 10's @ the track or high 9's with NOS.
