Hotel Information Hotel Information and Reservations courtesy of Bill Howell: There are less than 15 of 40 rooms blocked at the Main Stay suites left in Pigeon Forge for Sept 14 & 15 (Fri.& Sat.). Please call (865) 428-8350 or Toll Free: (888) 428-8350 and let them know you are with the "ProTour Event" to get a room. Please specify Smoking/Non-Smoking and One Bedroom or Studio. All rooms have Queen beds, sofa beds and kitchens. The one bedroom has the bed room separate from the rest of the room. The studio has two Queen beds in an open floorplan like most hotel rooms and has a private balcony. Then hotel, its floorplans and amenities, can be viewed at www.mainstaypigeonforge.com Do NOT book online! Your reservation must be made by September 1st. If you need additional nights, let them know when you make your reservations. If I "Bill Howell" can be of any further assistance, just let me know. I know this is a bit more money than last year, however, this is one of the premier weekends and car shows in town this weekend and demand drives price, like everywhere else. You of course can try other places if you like, but I have been on the phone all morning and most are already booked. This is a nice, fairly new hotel and also off the strip two blocks so we can come and go on the back roads and avoid the major traffic headaches that will be present that weekend. Event Schedule Friday the 14th 4-6pm - Bill's back road boogie "Run Thru The Hills". A cruise through the Smoky Mountains followed by "supper" under the Pavilion at the MainStay Suites from 6pm ish to 8pm and beyond. Registration opens at noon. Cost $12.50 for dinner Note: The times may change a little. Exact details to follow soon. Saturday the 15th - Autocross (SOLD OUT) Sold out Gates open - 8amish Sold out Event ends - 3pm Sold Out Sunday - Drag Racing 8am-2pm - 1/8 Mile Drag Racing at 411 Dragway. The rest of the day is open to enjoy the Grand Rod Run on your own.
