1969 Chevrolet Chevelle

Wheels- 18x8 front 20x8.5 rear Cloyes

Tires- BF Goodridge KDWS front 245/40/18 rear 265/35/20

Suspension- Eibach pro lowering springs, Hotchkis upper and lower trailing arms and front and rear sway bar. Front BMR and lower tubular control arms. Front and rear QA1
billet 14 way adjustable shocks.

Brakes- Willwood- Front 13” 4 piston caliber. Rear 12” 4 piston caliber with internal parking brake.

Steering- Quick ratio Flaming River steering box. All new MOOG steering parts. RPC billet steering wheel.

Motor- 330 HP General Motors crate motor. GM Performance chrome kit including valve covers, breathers, and hold downs. K&N extreme flow air filter assembly.

Intake- Edelbrock RPM performer air gap NASCAR edition.

Carburetor- Holley 650 CFM HP modified by SPE Engineering.

Ignition- MSD probillet distributor. MSD ignition box.

Headers- Dynatech 1 ¾” thermal ceramic coated.

Exhaust- Magnaflow stainless steel.

Transmission- American Powertrain Tremec Ford T-5 5-speed conversion.

Clutch- McLeod billet steel flywheel.

Rear end- 3.73 ratio Eaton true track posi. TA girdle. Moser axles.

Headlights- Hella H4 headlight conversion.

Paint and body work done by Precision Coachworks Jasper, IN, and all new glass.

Chrome bumpers and chrome trim, all new.

Interior- All new black SS Legendary interior including door panels, seats, carpeting, and dash. XM satellite radio. SS gauge console cluster. Dakota Digital cruise control Air conditioning- Vintage Air gen. 4.

That car was built originally by Steve McPherron, the Operations Manager at RideTech at the time. It was a REALLY nice rustfree car that we took apart and resprayed. [Precision Coachworks is a sister company to RideTech] The flat black hood and decklid treatment was done at that time as well. Vintage Air used this car at their shop in San Antonio to develop the Sure Fit A/C for those cars. Steve sold it about 5 years ago to current owner Ed Borman who owns Gearhead Performance in Clearwater. It is a straight up nice car.

It when to local guy that saw it out front of the store. The guy already had couple pro touring cars and want something he could drive anywhere.
