Friday June 22
10:30 AM – 2:30 PM – Johnson Controls/OPTIMA Batteries meet & greet (JCI HQ – 5757 N Green Bay Ave Milwaukee, WI 53201) Participants Welcome!
3 PM – 6 PM – OPTIMA Build-A-Bike Event (Andrew Chevrolet 1500 W Silver Spring Milwaukee, WI 53201) Participants Welcome!
5 PM – 8 PM – Mobil Oil Mobil 1 BBQ dinner – participant and 1 guest (Andrew Chevrolet 1500 W Silver Spring Milwaukee, WI 53201)

Saturday June 23
7:00 AM – Arrive at Andrew Chevrolet (1500 W Silver Spring, Milwaukee)
7 – 8:00 AM– Parking & Unloading – Acci-dent Paintless Dent Removal Breakfast
7 – 8 AM – Registration/check-in (all drivers and passengers must check in for waivers, wrist bands and decals – event decals must be placed on both vehicle doors before cruise)
8 – 8:30 AM – Drivers meeting (Andrew Chevrolet showroom)
8:30 AM – Stage Detroit Speed Cruise vehicles – line up curbside on Bridgewood Ln.
9:00 AM – 12:30 PM – DSE Cruise to Road America (approximately 70 miles) – there will be 1 mandatory stop along the way:
D&Z Customs/West Bend Dyno Tuning – lunch stop! 8450 Trading Post Trail West Bend, WI 53090
- FREE DYNO PULLS for Faceoff Participants
12:30 – 1:00 PM – Arrive at Road America Gate 6 only – Upon entry to the track, all cars will be parked on the left side paddock immediately after exiting the Hawk tunnel for tech inspection. Tech inspection until 4:30 (Grand Am and NASCAR Nationwide
racing will be on track and we expect huge crowds on Saturday. Entry is for registered participants and one (1) guest only.)
1:00 – 4:30 – The Lingenfelter Performance Engineering Performance Design Challenge – every registered participant must vote for the vehicle of your choice. The top five will be announced on Sunday and the designated rep will choose the ultimate winner. Votes must be cast before karting.
2:15 PM – NASCAR Nationwide race start
6:30 PM – Karting team creation and drivers meeting – Blain’s Farm & Fleet MotorPlex. Be on time to be placed on a team
7:00 – 8:00 – Karting Enduro – this is a one-hour team endurance karting event - Blain’s Farm & Fleet MotorPlex


Sunday June 24
7:00 AM – Gates open – Registration/check in (anyone that did not check in on Saturday must check-in Sunday morning before entering track)
7:15 – 8:00 AM – All vehicles should park near the Blain’s Farm & Fleet MotorPlex. Breakfast available at GearBox 2, Groups A, B & C will be designated
8 – 8:30 – Mandatory drivers meeting at OPTIMA trailer
8:45 – 9 AM – Lead/follow laps on Road America short course (stay behind the RA pace car, no lagging back)
9:15 - All events begin
Group A – BFGoodrich Hot Lap Challenge (meet at cutoff area near turn 5)
Group B – Wilwood Disc Brakes Speed Stop Challenge (front straight pit lane)
Group C – Ridetech Street Challenge Autocross (MotorPlex)
Group A will proceed to the Wilwood Disc Brakes Speed Stop Challenge at the completion of the BFGoodrich Hot Lap Challenge.
Groups B and C will be directed to the event with the shortest queue following completion of the Wilwood Disc Brakes Speed Stop Challenge and the Ridetech Street Challenge Autocross.
Each event must be completed before moving on to the next event. Pay close attention to the PA announcements as we will be directing run groups to various events throughout the day. You will have a lot of track time.
12 – 1 PM – Track closed, lunch available at GearBox 2 concession stand
1:15 - 4:00 PM – Resume sessions
4 – 5 PM - Compile all timing & scoring results
4:30 – 6 PM – Dinner/Awards Ceremony – Gearbox 2
6 PM – Gates close
