Well it was a cold weekend at the Pleasanton event with threats of rain both days. The AutoCross ran fom 9:00am on Saturday until 3:00pm as the clouds opened up and made a shorten day of the competition. Sunday looked like it was going to be great as the sun was out but the rains had soaked the track all night and made for a late start on Sunday as we had to dry the track to start making runs.

Below are the results for the Pleasanton All American event.

No surprise there, Dan. That guy is kinda good with a steering wheel, accelerator pedal, and the thing they are part of.

Congrats, Mikey!

Don't worry, I am bringing the finest in covered wagon suspension technology......and I got a tire warmer.

It's cool that he's drving it.

Bret's got about a 20 point lead in pro class by now.

You were able to run on Saturday? It poured all day in Mountain View. No break at all. Hence I stayed home. I blew it.

We were able to run until just before 4pm on Saturday. There was a very brief rain around 2pm, but it did not delay much. Completely dry until then. Sunday, no rain. We had to wait until 11am for the pavement to dry from the nights rain. Everyone got a lot of runs as many people did not show up. I ran in the morning only on Saturday as I blew a power steering hose. Sundays runs were fun run only due to the late start.

I live less than 10 minutes from Pleasanton and I almost did not go. It was raining at my house in the morning, but I looked at the radar and it was dry in Pleasanton. I left my house at 8:45am and was autocrossing soon after that. The rain stayed away all day.

it's hit and miss over there cause sometimes you get a rain shadow off that hill side...I gonna push Roberta Gonzales into the pool next time I see her. We were busy at the shop anyways.

Hey True, gimmy a call before De Anza.
