selling my 67 ac 427 cobra replica. its a factory five racing kit built with pro touring style.
I know alot of people on this site do not think cobra replicas pro touring but if this one is not..I dont know what is.
03 4.6 efi 5 speed,4 wheel disc,17x11 wheels ,tube suspension.
it looks like a 67 cobra but is better driving and just as fast while getting 20-30 mpg!handels and stops better too.
get in and drive anywhere,no problems.perfect car to auto x.

Still for sale, same price but more done to it. heated custom fabed race seats hold you in position much better, trunk floor reworked for storage and bought a top.
exelent auto x /roadtrip car no problems grat on fuel, fast, handels and stops great, drive cross county no problem.

Wow , I really like this car ( I can't buy it ) but I like it ..
Seems like a good price .
Cobra's are neat , small , fast , light ...

Thanks jeff, it has been my favorite of all the toys I owned. just sold my 72 camaro and 69 bird so if I sell this I can buy my new grand sport vette.but I will build another factory 5 cobra.
I am in se. ma. taunton is about 1/2 hour from boston/ cape cod.

I've been passively shopping for one of these for quite a while. I'd love to find a roller or basket case though as I am way into GM LS power.

As far as being pro touring... handles well, stops hard, American V-8, over-drive trans... Yup, sounds like pro touring to me!!

That car sits really low! How many inches of ground clearance do you have? Could you measure at the side pipes to the ground as well?

I wanted to drop in a Ls too when I bought it but the 4.6 it was already in it .I bought it finished and took it apart to build it myself because I did not want to go through the b/s of getting a tittle for it. Im not a ford guy, but the 4.6 runs so good and has pleanty of power so I made it look good and kept it,I guess thats why they use the 4.6 in cop cars.
Theres pleanty of ground clearence the sidepipes are the lowest at 3 1/2 " but nothing ever scrapes because of the short wheelbase.

Just put on flea bay starting at $33k buy it noe $35k , if no sale I will wait until spring and take $35 next time Im offered it! can also be seen on craigslist boston/providence.

still for sale.too cold to drive for the last few months, probley will sit on it until spring.. it does look great parked in the garage. but wish I had a c6 vette I could be using now.
