Does anybody know what the spring rates are for SPC's 64-67 A-Body coil spring set?

Thanks,

550 front, 135 rear I believe.

Thanks.

What do you think of the rear ride height of your 66 with the SPC springs? What size tires do you have?

I'm pretty happy with it. I'm running 275s in the back on 18x10 wheels. It's already tight on the outside and I have a small amount of rub every once in a while on the inside. Only way to fix it would have been to narrow the frame. Pontiac wheelhouses and front fenders are not the same as Chevelles. Also, there isn't much room as it is between the center section and the floor, so lowering it any more would worry me in that I'd have to eliminate travel in order to prevent impact. All in all I'm very satisfied.

Yeah I've got 275s too. The SPC springs are supposed to be 1" drop, however it seems like a heck of a lot more than that. Still putting the front end together so I'll wait to make judgement.

I can't tell you how much drop there was as the car was so worn out and thrashed when I got it. Suspension was totally shot. I will say that I think given the circumstances, the height is about perfect. Any higher and I wouldn't like it, and lower just isn't safe. I have a set of air bags in my coils just as insurance.
